  The flange coupling is simple in structure, convenient to manufacture, low in cost, reliable in operation, easy in assembly and disassembly and maintenance, and has a large transmission torque, which can ensure high centering accuracy of the two shafts. It is generally used for stable load. High-speed or high-precision shafting transmission.Flange couplings do not have radial, axial and angular compensation performance. If the centering accuracy of the connected two shafts cannot be guaranteed when used, it will reduce the service life, transmission accuracy and transmission frequency of the coupling, and cause vibration and noise.

  GYD type (formerly YLD type) flange coupling has two main structural forms:

  1. Rely on the reamed hole and use the bolt to realize the two-axis centering and rely on the bolt rod to bear the extrusion and shear to transmit the torque;

  2. It is centered by matching the convex shoulder on one half coupling with the groove on the other half coupling.The bolts connecting the two half-couplings can be ordinary bolts A and B, and the torque is transmitted by the frictional moment of the joint surface of the two half-couplings.
