The tire coupling consists of two half couplings, elastic elements, clamping rings, bolts, etc.The clamping ring is placed on the outside of the half coupling, and the elastic element is clamped by bolts.In order to facilitate the replacement of the elastic element, it is provided with a slit in the radial direction.The bearing capacity of the coupling is reduced due to the notch of the elastic element, and its circumferential speed should generally not be greater than 30m/s.
This coupling is a highly elastic coupling with good shock absorption and excellent performance of offset compensation between shafts. The working temperature is -20℃~80℃, and the transmission torque is 10~20000N.m.It is suitable for damp, dusty, shock, vibration, forward and reverse changing and frequent starting working conditions, and it is easy to disassemble and assemble, does not need lubrication, and is durable and reliable.
Non-standard couplings are made according to special needs. When overloaded, the clamping flaps of the half couplings will work, and no malignant accidents will occur. Its structure is marked as M, and the standard half coupling structure is K type. Can no longer mark in the presentation.
